Защитное снаряжение и программа санитарного просвещения могут помочь учащимся от загрязнения пылью
В последние годы дети, живущие в нижнем течении реки Тёсюй на Тайване, подвергались сильному запылению. Ради здоровья этих детей мы стремились изучить эффективность защитного оборудования (песчано-пластиковое покрытие и очиститель воздуха), установленных снаружи / внутри классных комнат, на легочную функцию учащихся, а также оценить программу санитарного просвещения для предотвращения неблагоприятных последствия воздействия речной пыли.
Ученики государственной начальной школы в Юньлине
Округ, сильно пострадавший от речной пыли, был выбран в качестве участников. Исследование 1 включало трехволновые данные последующего наблюдения (801 человеко-раз) в регионах с высоким / низким уровнем запыленности для изучения легочной функции.
В исследовании 2 приняли участие 147 и 73 студента из регионов с высоким / низким уровнем запыленности, соответственно, для разработки нашего вмешательства в области санитарного просвещения. Парные t-тесты, дисперсионный анализ ANOVA с повторными измерениями и обобщенное уравнение оценки использовались для анализа краткосрочных и долгосрочных эффектов.
Результаты показали, что легочная функция учащихся в школах, в которых установлены средства защиты, улучшилась. Санитарное просвещение (например, использование правильных масок и разработанной нами полностью защищенной от песка одежды PM2,5) улучшило познавательные способности и поведение учащихся, связанных с эпизодами речной пыли, и дало как краткосрочные, так и долгосрочные эффекты.
Поэтому мы предлагаем большему количеству школ с высоким уровнем запыленности принять защитное снаряжение и программу санитарного просвещения. Наша спроектированная полностью защищенная от песка одежда PM2,5 может предотвратить не только дымку, но и передачу капель инфекционных заболеваний, таких как COVID-19.

One study shows high expression of Podoplanin mRNA in placenta, lung, skeletal muscle, and heart, and weaker levels in brain, kidney, and liver. Podoplanin is the ligand for Ctype lectin like receptor 2 (CLEC2). Their association is dependent on sialic acid on Oglycans of Podoplanin. Through its association with CLEC2, Podoplanin induces platelet aggregation and tumor metastasis. Podoplanin is also necessary for lymphatic vessel formation, normal lung cell proliferation and alveolus formation at birth. |

Количественный анализ протеина и оценка активности ферментов староместных сортов пакистанской пшеницы

Староместные сорта с чрезмерным акцентом на запасные белки семян и действие антиоксидантных ферментов могут быть использованы для селекционных функций для повышения питательных качеств сортов пшеницы.

Description: Mouse CXCL1, also known as KC, is belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is encoded by the GRO gene now designated CXCL1. The gene for CXCL1 was initially discovered in mouse fibroblasts by plateletderived growth factor. KC is member of the intercrine alpha (chemokine C-X-C) subfamily of chemokines. It is secreted by human melanoma cells, and also expressed by macrophages, neutrophils and epithelial cells. The functional receptor for CXCL1 has been identified as CXCR2. CXCL1 has chemotactic activity for neutrophils, and plays a role in inflammation and wound healing. Amino acid sequence of Mouse CXCL1 is approximately 60 % identical to the human CXCL1. KC was found to be involved in monocyte arrest on atherosclerotic endothelium and may also play a pathophysiological role in Alzheimer’s disease. |
